We reserve the right to update the contents of our website including any product details, prices and delivery charges without notice. The terms and conditions can also be updated at any time without notice. Use of our website and the purchasing of products offered for sale on here are subject to our terms and conditions. The copyright in all website design, text, graphics and software belongs to us, our partners and suppliers. No material from our website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or published in print or digital format for commercial use.
Upon placing an order with us on our website and successful payment being authorised by your bank, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. When using our website please take your time to read and check your order ensuring it is correct, amending any errors before submitting and making payment. We are only able to amend orders prior to dispatch and products are dispatched on the same day or next day. Any amendments which are made after dispatch will incur further delivery costs.
When you place an order with us, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket from us at the prices displayed on our website. If you experience any technical difficulties when ordering on our website or would like further assistance, please call us on 01283 296609 and a member of staff can help you and take your order over the phone.
In the event of unexpected stock availability, a member of staff will always contact you to present alternative products, services or even help cancel your order ahead of dispatch. In these exceptional circumstances we will work closely with our customers to fulfil their order or find suitable solutions if any issues arise which are out of our control.
It is recommended in tiling to order 10% extra tiles for any tiling projects to allow for any cuts and wastage whilst laying your tiles. When ordering it is beneficial to order additional tiles on the same delivery to avoid further delivery charges. We will always endeavour to send you the same shade number for any future orders but ordering additional tiles initially will avoid this as we cannot guarantee the same shade number will be available at a later date.
We feel 10cm x 10cm cannot and do not show a true life representation of the full tile nor the full design face to base your decision on, so for this reason as a company we currently do not offer samples to be sent out to our customers. However you are most welcome to visit our showroom in Burton-On-Trent (My Tile Store, 133 Derby Street, Burton, DE14 2LF), centrally located for your convenience.

Payment will be taken from your card at the time of processing payment for your order.
All displayed prices on our website are in GBP (Great British Pounds) and are inclusive of VAT payable unless clearly otherwise stated. The cost of delivery is not inclusive and details of delivery charges can be found in Delivery Information.
Whilst placing your order at the checkout you will be asked to book your delivery slot with available dates for delivery. Delivery can be as early as the next working day on orders placed before 12pm or up to 2 weeks in advance. It is your responsibility to make all the necessary arrangements in order to take delivery of your products on the delivery date. Delivery dates can be amended up until 48 hours prior to your delivery but not once products have been dispatched from our warehouse.
For any reason you are not able to accept delivery of your products or we are unable to deliver to you due to any delivery restrictions at your property which you did not inform us of at the checkout stage, our transport company will charge us for redelivery and we will have to pass these charges onto yourself. Once your goods have been collected by our transport company from our warehouse if you wish to cancel your order, you would be liable for transportation return charges.
Delivery costs are calculated based on destination, weight and the date of delivery. Costs for items which can be delivered by parcel start from £9.99 with larger orders delivered on pallets starting from £50.00. There is a £20.00 surcharge for any orders requiring next day delivery and variable surcharges for areas such as London and Scotland where the cost of delivery is significantly higher. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase in your basket you can also view the estimated cost of delivery within this section. Only your postcode is needed to estimate delivery costs.
In the main all of our deliveries are made on pallets and these will always be delivered “kerbside”. This means your tiles will be left secured to the pallet at the nearest external location to the property which has a flat hard surface leading from the delivery vehicle. Please be aware the delivery is made by a third party transport company and their driver will not be able to facilitate in unloading the pallet or helping to bring the goods inside your property. Some tile boxes weigh more than 30kg each and we kindly recommend ensuring you have arranged help on the day of delivery if you need it.
We work closely with our third party transport company to provide the best possible delivery service for our customers at a reasonable cost, please bare in mind they are not fully under our control. We strongly recommend you order your tiles well in advance of any planned installation date as we will not under any circumstance be held liable for any financial losses resulting from late or incorrect deliveries.
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on any unused products returned in their original condition and a 14 day Order Cancellation Service. Customers are required to arrange and cover the cost of any returns to our warehouse. Full details can be found on our Cancellation Form
All items that are delivered straight from the supplier are classed as special order items, these items will need to be seen on display in our showroom and ordered in-store. All our products sent out for delivery are carefully packed and checked to ensure you receive the correct goods in perfect condition. However, tiles are fragile and occasionally can be damaged whilst in transit. Should this occur please notify us as soon as possible within 48 hours of accepting delivery and we will get replacements out to you as soon as possible minimising any potential delay to your tiling project. Simply email us on info@mytilestore.co.uk including a single image showing the damaged tiles. We do recommend visually checking your order upon delivery while the delivery driver is present. Any obvious damages visible from the outside of the pallet must be marked on the delivery paperwork. We accept no responsibility for damaged product, shortages or incorrect products after 48 hours / two working days (Monday - Friday) from receipt of your goods.
In the unlikely event where you purchase goods from us that are found to be defective within the guarantee period, we shall (at our option) repair or replace the product(s) or refund the price of the product(s) supplied. Our entire liability to you shall be limited to the price you paid for the goods and we shall not be held responsible for any consequential or other financial loss that you may seek to claim for regarding the tiling or flooring job you are carrying out.
We endeavour to check all orders are dispatched within a single shade number although it is the responsibility of your installer to complete a final check before installing your tiles. Due to the potential difference in shade & size between different coloured tiles made by different manufacturers, it is important that your tiles are checked carefully by the installer for suitability before starting your job.
If for any reason you are not happy with the shade, pattern, texture or size of your tiles we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund (Delivery & collections costs may apply). Although we cannot accept any claims for issues with shade, pattern, texture or size after the tiles have been installed, as the installing of the tiles expresses acceptance of the goods including their characteristics.
Some of our tiles are fabricated from natural stone. These products will inevitably have a higher level of variation in terms of shade and sizes from one tile to the next. Natural stone tiles will require prior sealing before and after grouting in addition to requiring ongoing maintenance.
